At Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop, we want you to love your idols' inspired style. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Merch

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
